I should not rub it in, or I will not be enabled in my gentle strolls to the pub in future.
No pubbing today but walking the long way round on taking the boy in this morning, and then a walk at lunch did it today. Plus I still have to pick the boy up, and then there will be many trips up and down the stairs carrying shopping later. I'm basically going to do about a billion steps today.
