Blog2015 ≫ Writing more python

This is handy, I'm on a one day python training course tomorrow, and I find myself wanting to write more at home at the moment. First all the rfid examples were in python, then all the new 434mhz stuff to talk directly to the lightwaverf sockets is too.

All my original code was in ruby but I'll probably move away from that now. So far I've got the code to send a signal to turn any of my lights on and off, and to read the original config file that I wrote for the ruby repo. Nothing I'm doing is that complex, the main thing I need to do is interact with the ical format, should be fine. Hope I can find a way to easily package python as you can with gem files in ruby, I need this to be easy to use.
