Hmm a Jimmy Car minifig 1...

It's not official lego but minifigures.com 2 do unofficial characters that are compatible. Expensive and strange. They also do a Michael Jackson 3 that they're clearly not allowed to call Michael Jackson. Maybe it's just a matter of time before representatives of the other celebs send them a cease and desist too.
