Still actually not drinking. Can't believe the kids were arguing for a trip to the pub yesterday, and me against. They won, we went to The Fountain after tea. Was super quiet in there, even though they had a band playing. More people in the band than watching them when we were there unfortunately. Everyone else sensibly at home getting ready for the first day of school...
I had a Becks Blue, though Clare had a Pimms, decadent. That's a week of not drinking, including a weekend, that is that basically done and dusted now isn't it?
Got Dean's big birthday this weekend... we're doing a split shift so we can both go along, Clare will do the early bit then I'll do the second part. She will be taxiing back from The Ship, I am thinking of riding my bike. Try out my new bike lights I got for my birthday.
WFH today, so walked Number one son to school, and I will be picking him up too. number two son is doing more hours at nursery now so their pick up times coincide.
I will post a picture of the lovely boys ready for the first day of term asap.
