I made three dishes from my Das Sreedharan book, and it wasn't a complete disaster! Tomato rice went a bit wrong, overcooked the rice, but the brocolli curry and potato curry were good.
That's another day with no drinking too if I'm not mistaken, a Saturday to boot. That's day five now
