Blog2015 ≫ I'm pinned to the 10,000 steps a day target

Not always achieving it, but on reading this that's OK... At the weekends it's fine, I might do fifteen or twenty thousand, but in the week it's hard. I've been fairly regularly doing my lunchtime walk, which helps, but I still don't often manage 10,000 steps just by doing that alongside my regular office drudge.

I'm measuring mine with my pebble watch and google fit on the phone, and they tie up, though the phone data is better. Clare is using her fitbit still though not regularly I don't think.

Working from home this afternoon, headed home because the office wifi is a bit flakey. So had my lunchtime walk near home. Here was my walk out1, only ten - fifteen minutes, along the canal, and then here was my walk back2, along the beach, lovely.
