I just rattled through The Long Earth 1, the first part of a sci-fi series, a collaboration between Stephen Baxter and Terry Pratchett. I don't read a lot of sci-fi or fantasy but if I do I like it really earth based, small town, down in the mud. And this one mostly is! Muchly recommended, I might well move onto the others in the series after I've cleared my queue... not finished Lamentation 1 yet, then I'm reading The Silkworm 1 and The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August 1 and Gone Girl 1...
Looking forward to a nice long weekend, might even go to The Ship tonight!
