How funny is that? You can get banned from the tip, for taking too much rubbish apparently. They've been doing some work in the garden, he's taken three car loads of dirt / garden waste along and they've objected, so he's now barred from visiting the tip for one month. Apparently the council have no obligation to take your waste away and the tip / recycling centre at Port Solent have a limit of 6 bags of waste per month. Sounds a bit rum to me.
