Blog ≫ 2015 ≫ Neighbouring house like ours just sold for 290k
Hmm would be nice to think ours had gone up in value too... Friends lived in this house1 when we first moved here, but they moved out soon after - not entirely because of us I don't think! Now it's been sold again, spotted the for sale sign the other day and it seems to have sold quickly. It's just like our house, except unconverted, so they have three bedrooms and a garage. They do also have a conservatory on the back, so not much garden. They're lower down the hill too so I'd say they don't have as much view. I'm wondering though if this picture from the website has had the new flats that should be just to the right of this image airbrushed out! Or maybe it was taken before they came peeping over the top of the other properties there...
