Blog2015 ≫ Spent Saturday in Tenterden

Wen swimming in Tenterden. The leisure centre there is great, lots of fun for both of the boys. Number one son went on the big flume there on his own, first time we've done that, and number two son went on this one too with me. It's not too fast, it's easy to control, and it ends in shallow water (rather than the dunking you get at Tides) so perfect for them. Also lots of inflatables and things and lots of interestings to head round. They even had a vegan cake in the cafe after.

Next stop the park, then Prezzo where we had a splendid lunch. Then some shopping for Clare, window shopping only as it turns out, even though we offered to buy her something in White Stuff. Yes we, I offered, and Number one son offered too as he just got his bank statement and realised how much money he has. But no, there was nothing that was quite right.

Went in a Majestic Wine Warehouse for the first time too, spent more than we intended. Not sure we got any super bargains but we picked up some wine that looked good and that we've not seen before. Averaging about 10 a bottle though, not cheap. Time to go back to Calais soon!

Very nice day.
