According to this piece in the Guardian, people are paying over the odds for the last of the ipod classics, that apple have discontinued. I have a 160gb one in my pocket today. Mostly we use it in the car actually, I don't often walk around with headphones on these days (and if I do I can fit enough to listen to on an sd card in my phone) but I'm still pleased to have it.

It wasn't really an investment I suppose, this one was a present and it replaced my original 3g 40gb. Not sure there is going to be much of a secondary market for that one now, though I'm sure I paid about 400 for it at the time...

If you see little yellow and green squares on some of those images, that's something I was experimenting with recently, to add overlays to images like I used to enjoy on flickr. The work is incomplete and it's adding little overlays to every image in the same relative place, I'll sort that later...
