Blog2014 ≫ Raspberry Pi camera still has not come back online, still

I plugged it into the TV so I could see if it was booting up OK, and it is, it's just not appearing on the network... I didn't have a keyboard to hand so couldn't really run any diagnostics on it but I did have the PiFace Control and Display 1 which I remembered by default shows the ip address. So I plugged that in and it hangs with a "waiting for ip address" message... so either this pi can't see the network or something else was up. I have removed the rule on the router saying "give this device a fixed ip address", but still no joy. Next step get a keyboard on it see what's going on on that pi, then move it to somewhere else in the house see if the wifi works there. Then rebuild the sd card, start all over again.

Speaking of the piface that is a good deal 1 sure I paid more like 20 for mine...
