Went bowling yesterday, it's thing one's favourite and number two son likes it now too. We have figured for next time that one game is enough for both of them, then some food, then a play in the arcade. Getting drinks this week proved a bit tricky...
First the bar lady brought me rose wine instead of red (yeah I know first world problem), then said that was red, there was definitely no other in the fridge. I pointed out the red wine on the side and we're back on track. Then the bill came to 30 for the round which I queried, but "it's definitely right, I can get you the receipt, do you want the receipt?". I did want the receipt, I had been charged for one glass and one bottle, instead of the two glasses so I asked that to be fixed. Next she came back with some change for me, which I should have just taken and kept quiet, as I'd not paid for anything at this point. I pointed out the mistake (still polite, I swear) this was someone else's change, and she went off crying, not to be seen again that day :-(
