Blog ≫ 2014 ≫ Lovely weekend
We fitted a lot in this weekend. Mum and Dad visited, and they babysat the boys while we went to a birthday lunch at Egerton Village Hall. Great party in a great venue, fabulous food with special catering for me (below), and opera and songs from the musicals performed between the courses. It was lovely. Plenty to drink there, then we went to The Fountain on the way home and sat in the garden for a while, then got a curry for dinner from Cheriton Balti and sat and had a few glasses of wine with mum and dad.
Sunday we went to another party briefly, for our one year old neighbour, also very nice.
