Had a couple of drinks in The Dolphin, High Street (Old Portsmouth) on leaving Gunwharf, as part of our birthday weekender. I knew we'd passed a load of good looking pubs on this route when we'd walked it previously with the boys, and have been wanting to go back there for a while. We looked at one right by the ferry but decided on this one instead. Glad we did! Hmm wish we'd read this might not rush to get food there! The beer was great, we had a nice early evening sit and drink and chat before heading off to dinner...
