Blog2014 ≫ Portsmouth pub crawl 5 - The Barley Mow

Our Portsmouth pub crawl was seriously back on track here, after a minor false start at The Barley Mow. There are two bars here, the one with the pool table did not look promising but the other side was fabulous. Lots of real ale a comfy sit (am I an old geezer or what?) a great place to chat and drink. This looks to be a really great community effort too, there were various ads about the place for things like a visiting barber, actually in the pub, ironing done, basically you would never need to leave this place.

Oh, but we did leave, we headed back to the Hole in the Wall next.
