Blog ≫ 2013 ≫ Turning the raspberry pi into an fm transmitter

Not sure if this ¹ is useful or not, for an idea I had earlier today, a car computer based on free or nearly free technology...

That looks a bit basic but assuming I can plug usb fm transmitter ² into a raspberry pi then my car computer can handle all the sound needs without any rewiring, just broadcast over fm just like the itrip type device I have right now for the ipod. It might not be the best quality but I can give it a go without rewiring the car.
