I have finally finished Heart of Darkness1 - an eighty page short story that has taken me MONTHS to read. I did not like it while I was reading it, but I appreciated it a bit more when I read the intro (after).
The NUJ strike affecting BBC confused me today - no Today programm on radio 4. I thought it was just a really long news feature about the pope, but no, there was no programme, only prerecorded repeats! Also Hacker News2 was down this morning too.
