I just made a huge stride forward, thanks to some encouragement from friends at work. You don't really need to learn too many chords in order to play something that sounds right. I obviously cannot actually play yet but I'm feeling positive about trying to learn.
My finger tips hurt, that must be a good sign mustn't it?
