The evening started really well, he was sleeping nicely in his own room, Clare was in bed, and I was dozing in front of the TV. Then at midnight I got up to feed him, he woke nicely and drank all of his milk. At this point we put him in our room (this is our routine) and from there he grumbled and grimmaced all night... Clare got the brunt of this, as this is the way it's going to have to be when I go back to work tomorrow.
Can't believe my paternity leave is over already :-(
