We put the boy's new bed together on Sunday, and took down his cot, and luckily he took to it right away. He was very keen and excited to sleep in it. Of course we expected him to get up during the night now he's not caged in (we're not putting a gate across his door) but he's been a star. He's not got up yet, either from sleeping at night or his nap.
Tenterden was good, a bit wet, but it dried up so the boy could have a run around in the park. We had a good look around some of the antique shops there, just about managed to resist buying anything.
Wife made a great Sunday lunch, was nice to eat all together, then Mum and Dad headed back later that afternoon.
