Blog2011 ≫ Other pubs we went to at the weekend: The Hope

As Mum and Dad were here all weekend, and knackered from a full day of Harry on the Saturday, Clare and I thought we'd go out after dinner. We're used to being knackered all the time. Got Dad to drop us in Hythe so we could crawl back. We started at The Hope on Stade Street, doing some of Hythe for a bit of a change. They only had Greene King IPA on, we had one drink there and headed off. Nice enough in there but a little dull. We are a little dull these days it should have suited us better, but we were still in denial about how dull we were at this early stage in the evening.
