We took a walk along the beach yesterday, Clare had been to Escondido with her mum and Dom, I'd been to have my hair cut, Dean had been looking after Elliott. The boys had ice creams, Dean thinks it's a bit cruel to line them up in a cliched shot like this with ice cream all round their chops, but I think it was a picture that was asking to be taken:
