It's overheating which is beyond my skills, overheating causes it to cut out. I found out how to bodge it and stop it cutting out but that would be dangerous. Have had it for seven years, with only minor issues in that time that I fixed myself by taking it apart and cleaning it.

We got 44 back from Currys eventually, Clare had to be persistent with them and they stalled and messed up and were unpleasant about it but in the end they paid up the 40 price difference plus another 10%.

In the end I have been bold enough to search online1, we did get a good price.
