1st August big names actually on the seafront, we'll go to this I hope..
Bit of a retro lineup among the headliners of Folkestone Festival but that's exactly what's needed to get the thirty somethings buying tickets I think. Looking forward to this1.
Artists so far include Feeder, Ash, Gary Numan, Hundred Reasons, Kids In Glass Houses, Attack! Attack!, Sonic Boom Six & In Case Of Fire. Will be a smaller festival than either of the big local rivals (the planned but cancelled show at Port Lympne or the Hop Farm), not sure how it compares to Supergrass at Sellindge Festival. Supergrass are da bomb but this looks like it has more appeal. And we could walk home! Hope we can take the buggy in, our baby will love going to a festival at this age.
