This is the 1997 equivalent of the awards that are going on tonight. I was at this one! Can you see me?

Can't remember what venue this was at. I might be back when I have gleaned more info. That video clip claims it was somewhere in Camden but I don't recognise it and seem to remember it being somewhere unusual 1.

  1. Reading again in 2023, there's an article on nme.com that says yes, it was at The Camden Centre. "Taking place on January 28th at the Camden Centre, the Manic Street Preachers swept the board, following the previous year’s ‘Everything Must Go’."
