Had a great christmas dinner at Canterbury Wholefoods

FG ≫ 2008 ≫ Had a great christmas dinner at Canterbury Wholefoods

Booked into Canterbury Wholefoods for lunch on Saturday and very glad we did, had a brilliant christmas dinner, nut roast, roast veges, potatoes, gravy, christmas pud and ice cream, all vegan, brilliant. I would phone up and book if you're heading there on a Saturday, but in theory you can just walk in.

Really good, look forward to going more when we live closer.

This is part of my site The 'Gerald that I set up in a fury of excitement when we first moved here in approximately 2004. I'd been a frequent visitor for a while before that but I am technically one of those Down From Londons you get nowadays. The site was a lot more dynamic with a calendar of events and voting for best venues and things, and I know it was a useful reference for others who were thinking of moving to the area. Now I've moved out of Folkestone again (though just to Hythe) it doesn't get as much attention as it used to. Ironic really as The town is now becoming the exciting place we knew it was just about to. My name is not Gerald by the way, this comes from a fake newspaper in an episode of Brasseye or something, the Portsmouth Gerald, and how there is a local newspaper here called the Folkestone Herald. Puns like this are great aren't they? Do get in touch if you have anything to offer, email anythign @ this domain, or try @folkestone or @pauly on Twitter.
