Contact (1239 Listeners) Extrapolating up this must be the David Devant song that has been heard by the most people
Contact is from their third album (power words for better living). Actually this is a good single as it has a cool accoustic version of One Thing on it (the original version is on the 2nd album (shiny on the inside). Lifeline (248) - b-side / extra track to the Contact single - and also on the third album. If you haven't listened to Power Words I can highly recommend it - certainly better than Shing imho.
Miscellaneous (198) Now we're down to actual album owners, this is the first one not to be on a single, not one that I own anyway.
It is a single, one of their first (and my personal fav) - i have it on 7". The single version is also different to the version that appeared on the first album. It sounds more like the live version they used to open with when we first saw them.
Ballroom (197) The Cluedo themed one, super dramatic, not a traditional pop tune but a marvel nonetheless.
Also the b-side to the Miscellaneous single i think?
Oooh I really have to make an effort to come to this gig at Christmas. I'm off to listen to DD&HSW on the ipod!
