We've joined in on this, our honeymoon and a holiday to Miami are covered in this period, so we may not get much but at least we'll get a double portion of whatever is due. Fuel surcharge is only likely to have been about a tenner on each trip, and we're getting a partial refund of that so it's likely to be a pound or so. But still, a pound is a pound!
