Free online photoshop1? More like a rival to Flickr really, host your pictures and do simple editing of them. Guessing most people use photoshop for more heavy-duty monkey business that Potatoshop Express won't do. I use GIMP2 (though not very often and not very well), but for people who just want to crop pictures to put on their facebook page or something, it'll be just the job.
I bet Flickr roll out more image manipulation tools any time now.
