Well I don't know I approve of the wine thing ¹, the new take on a wine list of (friends of popbitch.com ² The East Room ³.

The Wine Thing Our wine list is like no other. It is designed to make ordering wine easier, ensure the results are more reliable and its a bit like Battleships just pick your favourite grape and the price youd like to pay and the grid will give you our choice. No daft names to consider, no clever descriptions to confuse.

It's certainly in line with how we buy wine in the shop, we pick a grape and we pick a price, but surely it takes something out of wine buying for those with deeper pockets.
