Cool, just discovered my recommended events1 at last.fm2, and I see loads of bands that I like or liked in the past are playing live about now, including bands that I didn't really know were still going, including Love / Hate, Sheep on Drugs, Ricky Spontane and Sultans of Ping. Great. I'm not entirely sure how it knows that I'd like those gigs, it must be based on number of plays and things, iTunes updates last.fm2 with what I've been listening to, check out what I just listened to3...
Off to The Famous Ship Inn in a bit, just waiting for Emma to turn up. I'm glad it's there and not Hythe, mostly for ease of getting home again, but also the beers are great there.
