The camera itslf has a web server built in, so you just need to connect it up to your router and you're away, in theory.

My camera is a Linksys WVC54G1 and they don't make it any more. I'd not recommend this one anyway as connecting to it with anything other than internet explorer or the provided software, it's not easy, it's not very open. Linksys had no interest in upgrading the firmware or supporting other web browsers or anything, you can't even get an image from the camera, only an mpeg4 stream.
