BBC is very responsible to report that there's a rumour that Kimchi cures bird flu... Just in case I've found some kimchi recipes. This one has a little note1 saying add kim chi sauce, which you need to get from a Korean supermarket... hold on "you might prefer not to know what's in it"... Ah this one has nothing gruesome in it2 and I might just give it a go...
