Trying, and failing, to install MP3::Splice and Audio::MPEG on a machine here at work, why does none of this go smoothly? It's making the day REALLY CRAPPY... MP3::Splice looked to be GREAT for getting an MP3, and chopping out a sample of it, but I can't find a "proper" version of it to install... it's not on CPAN 1, and while I can get hold of the sourcecode here 2 just copying that in won't install the dependencies / components to actually make it run, possibly some of it's in C or something.
