128,000 1, sounds not bad... there was a two bed flat with sea views for the same price, but it was sold by the time I saw it...

Tried to arrange a viewing of this place, but apparently it was under offer before I even saw it on the website... it's being sold privately apparently, probably for less than the 130k then!
