One for lunchtime:

Buy an exercise bike - Lillywhite's number is 0870 3339600, seems to be an old number listed all over the web, including their own website, bit slack... ALSO, 118 118, got their number, they offer to "connect you", then all the time you're connected to the number you want they're charging you 9p a minute for the privelege, disconnected that one pretty sharpish as was on hold for ages to Lillywhites - maybe they're in it together? Anyway, the exercise bike is ordered, firm buttocks here we come...
