Walked the long way round Listria Park 1 on the way to Church Street 2 today, and saw two magpies and a squirrel raiding someone's bin. They weren't at all bothered by me walking so close to them.

Also saw a discarded arcade machine on the road, all it's guts ripped out though, no idea what it once was. You get a better class of fly tipper round here.

A few houses are for sale on this street, including the odd wedge shaped new house on the end of Listria Park, it's with Patrick Joseph for 250k I think 3.

  1. The road we lived on in Stoke Newington.
  2. The full name is actually Stoke Newington Church Street.
  3. Why could I not stretch myself to £250k then? I would be retired now.
