Hmm, I was sort of expecting an announcement on a five year share save plan last Friday. The previous pay day was the first one for five years without the deductions for it, so it must be complete. Then the next pay day came and went and still no. I had some info somewhere, think I put it in my calendar, that it would mature on Wednesday. That must be five calendar years from when I started it. Still nothing. It's disappeared from our benefits site at work. If I log into Equiniti it says it doesn't mature until March and there are four more payments to make. That can't be right can it? Certainly not right about more payments, unless work have been making payments into it with a four month delay or something. I have been banking on this money arriving about now, was using it for the deposit on the new car. I will sell some premium bonds to fill in the gap. Was pay day last week so still doing well anyway.
Actually checked my calendar again and I'd originally put the maturation date as today! It could be happening. It could be me. But probably not until March now. Maybe solar panels next year.
Work was quite productive yesterday. Very quiet in though, lots of holiday, and some people off sick. Hardly actually spoke to anyone all day, possibly not worth going into the office. I changed my office day for a meeting, which didn't happen.
Still no sign of the plumber.
Light cloud and a moderate breeze, 13 - 20℃.
