Blog2026 ≫ It's a bidding war!

It is not a bidding war. Two bids on the vending machine now but the price doesn't seem to have gone up. Hope it goes up a bit before it ends. Also I hope that the person who is going to collect it wins. I have offered to bundle it up for a courier to collect. As long as it goes, that's the main thing. Then the table it is on can also go, then I have room to move the Habitat Radius Chest into the study and put things on it. Perhaps my zombie apocalypse preparation tinned food and water hoarding.

Went to the Potting Shed briefly yesterday, then got the bus to Keppel's at The Grand, and it was nice. Also a good find, they have a pool table in there now, in the room next to the bar that we used to use for NCT parties. So, real ale and a pool table, perfect.

No running today, but a few jobs to do. Comic shop collection and tip run, then round to bro-in-law's for pizza.

I saw The Boo Radleys exactly thirty years ago today, which means I moved to London just over thirty years ago.

Sunny intervals and a fresh breeze, 16 - 21℃.
