So Farage has stepped down to try and sieze the agenda, stop people talking about his dubious undeclared millions in funding. It's not going to work!

The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards had opened an inquiry into the £5m gift Farage had received from the Thailand-based British crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne but decided not to declare.

And the headlines kept coming – not least the Sunday Times investigation, published at the weekend, external, into the support given to Farage by George Cottrell, a man previously convicted and jailed for fraud in the US.

As he's stepped down the inquiry is paused. But if he wins it starts up again. And he is standing no-one is standing against him. So it's weird wanting him to win an election, but if the people of Clacton really vote for him then they deserve him. The best results are

  1. He wins with an embarrassingly low turnout, with an embarrassingly low margin
  2. He is beaten by Count Binface

It's hot again. Already done a load of work and it's only eight, because work these days is mostly kicking off AI sessions to do the work.

Sunny and a gentle breeze, 15 - 24℃.
