My calves are killing me, particularly the left one. I thought I'd done myself a mischief, strained it or pulled it or something. Then I remembered I tried running on my toes at parkrun on Saturday. That's what's done it, I've just actually used these muscles for ones, that's why they hurt! It's supposed to be much better for you, but really I was doing it as I felt I was thudding heavily on my heel.
Very heavy rain indeed for a bit today, T2 absolutely drenched when he came in from school.
Off to Wagamama for tea. Not my choice.
