Blog ≫ 2026 ≫ Feels like a long day
Is a long day for wife, just feels like one for me. She was off to London today, she gets up earlier than me. I had to get up to drive her to the station though as she has a leaving do to go to as well. So half eight, have just finished tea and making packed lunches and so on. Doing all the jobs today instead of her doing most of them. And then I have fifteen minutes before I go and pick her up from the station. And then bed! My turn to commute in tomorrow. I could probably get away with it but I should show willing.
Was partly thinking of going back to London this weekend but won't now. Got T1's laptop back from Curry's today, it's been away being fixed. All they did was update the graphics drivers, they said that was probably the problem. He's tried it though and it's just the same, it's pausing slightly, just hanging briefly when he's trying to game or do anything on it. So that's what I'm doing Saturday, taking it back again.
Pay day in two days, and counting. As well as holiday and saving some for next year's holiday we have our eye on some theatre tickets.
Oh today was the day in 1992 that Radiohead played at Martha's in Portsmouth.
