I'm often the first one up, but today I could be the first one up by quite a margin. Woke up before my alarm as I went to bed before everyone else. I must have fallen asleep quite quickly as I don't remember the others waking me up stomping up the stairs. I had not real reason to be extra tired, just wanted some sleep now I am monitoring my sleep score and resting heart rate again, just curious.
Another reason no-one else is up yet, they all have the day off to go to Boom Battle Bar in Canterbury, and I am working. They are playing golf and shuffleboard. They were after doing this in Folkestone but the Boardroom Bar has closed for renovations. Sounds like the original owner closed it but someone involved in operating / managing it is taking it over.
Looks a nice day possibly time for a walk before work.
