I got the Barbour jacket from Vinted, and it does fit! It is OK, it is not quite as bikerish as some of their designs. It's not even as highly waxed as some I had seen. It is just a normal black coat really. But then I only paid a normal price for it. It's in good condition and good quality and I hope it will last.
Got some plates turning up today too, more side plates to match our service, from ebay. Also a new pen torch! The new version of the one I lost. I knew if I waited long enough before trying to replace it they'd come out with a better version and I hope they have. No more shopping now.
Wife is commuting London today, I took her to the station so I could keep the car to run the boys around. T1 has vague plans, T2 will be planning to sit in front of youtube all day without careful supervision. They did go out yesterday (it is half term), I will take him for a walk at lunch if he's on his own. I guess I have to go to London tomorrow, I don't have any excuse not to at the moment. What about this mouth ulcer? Is that a good enough excuse not to go..?
