After parkrun a nice walk into Hythe for a bimble around the charity shops. Bought a Billy Joel Vinyl "52nd Street" probably not the best, but looked good condition. It was not a bargain at six pounds, that is bang on the mean price on discogs but it is for charity. The pplan was to leave the wife at a pub to watch the Ireland v Scotland game, then I pick her up later. T2 did not fancy the walk home so said he'd like to stay in the pub too, so it was just me on the long walk back. I had been in the Potting Shed the night before and then stayed up too late watching Top Of The Pops so didn't mind missing the pub today. I watched that match at home, then collected them, then watched the Wales v Italy game, then three of us watched the England v France game. All really good, good to see Wales and England have good games after a generally bad tournement, though a shame to see it all decided on that final penalty. High scoring, lots going on, great entertinment.
T1 had been out at an escape room and then playing an epic session of Catan 1 all day so I had to pick him up again at about half ten.
Today we've been for a walk and will be going for a late dinner at the Radnor Arms.
Happy mothers day!
