I've been really busy this week with various work things, but my poor old laptop has also been busy, processing old run stats. It's rebuilding pages like this one to add in some ruuary type stats even when it's not January, and generally tidy up the data. It used to look like this

valuable work, and time well spent, I'm sure you'll agree. No it does actually look worse doesn't it... My step count was so much better those days. I've not walked anywhere today really. Just to the car to take the wife to the station and then pick her up again.
War still going on then. It's not stoping me and the boy going to London tomorrow. He's going for fun, I'm going for work. That will get my steps up.
Thirty years ago today I was at Cast, is that the one where I got those vinyl albums? I will check. Then actually today the nephews are seeing Keo at the Wedgewood rooms, and T1 is going with a friend tomorrow to see them in Camden. I am not going at all.
