I'm getting warnings that software will stop working on this operating system (Big Sur) but I checked and this is a 2014 Macbook so too old to get the update to the next version! Is it nearly time to say goodbye old friend? What will I do with all the stickers on the case?? Can I get a transplant?
I think this computer could live under the TV, permanently connected to the TV when it's time to get a new one. That's probably as long as any home computer has lasted me isn't it? Even the PCs I had before had most of their innards replaced over time effectively making them new computers. This has had nothing done to it since Holiday Extras first bought it. I bought it second hand off them when I left there just over five years ago. Maybe I'll get another second hand macbook.
