Nice, having my Monday morning coffee, that I always look forward to. But not having to have it as a "I have to work but at least I've got my coffee" coffee, as I have the day off today! Just taken T2 for physio in Ashford, then to Tesco, then him back to school, and now sitting and just enjoying it. Suspect I just missed the landmark (estimated) 3000 cups of coffee off this machine. I wonder how many more I'll have? It's still going strong so far.
Thought I was going to have the TV to myself today, but wife is off sick today with a cold. I should be doing some painting or something, but actually thought I'd have some relaxing time watching TV.
I did drink that wine last night, didn't really enjoy it, what a shame. We still finished it though. Probably good if I'm not enjoying drinking so much. Don't even ask about Febrewery, which I did for a few years. Not aiming to get in twenty-eight pubs this month. Will be lucky to get in one. If I had wanted to do it I could have booked my days off on days other than Monday and Tuesday.
Gigiversaries today, twenty-five years ago David Devant in New Cross, when I was living in New Cross, great! They still go back there and play sometimes, maybe I'll see them there again. Then THIRTY years ago today the novelty act The Mike Flowers Pops at the Pyramids in Portsmouth.
