I weighed myself today, eleven stone and four pounds. It's in this form because the wife likes imperial measurements so that's what the Garmin scales are set to, but that's nearly seventy-two kilograms. I am not trying to lose weight, but I will be interested to see if I can lose this belly over the next month. Running every day and not drinking ought to have an impact.
Our scales ought to be connecting to the internets and updating this page automatically, but that hasn't worked in ages.
Partly cloudy and a moderate breeze, 1 - 5℃.
